$250.00 / month and a $70.00 sign-up fee

If you want to improve your combine times, vertical jump & improve on-field agility, this is the camp for you!

Southside Chicago Dates, Times, & Location:

  • Total Sessions per Month: 12-14
  • Total Cost: $240/month

EACH ATHLETES RECEIVES THE FOLLOWING:

  • 1-on-1 Evaluation to determine core strength, mobility, speed & agility capabilities for age & sport
  • Custom progressions according to ability
  • Home training booklet for sport specific mobility & stability

$70 Sign-Up fee covers 1-on-1 Sport Specific evaluation!

THIS IS NOT YOUR TYPICAL CAMP!  Everyone will be progressed differently according to ability & 1 on 1 evaluations are required to participate (this is covered by the sign-up fee)!

This High Performance Speed & Agility Camp is open to Athletes in All Sports from Middle School through Div. 1 College that want to take their speed, change of direction, and vertical jump to the next level.  All athletes are progressed according to their abilities to ensure their health, safety, & performance.

Coach Erick Vigansky will lead this camp after recently completing a Sports Performance Mentorship in Miami, FL where he had the opportunity to experience training for NBA, MLB, NFL, MLS, Olympic Track & Field & All-American NCAA athletes.  Training was centered to improve Combine Performances for each sport (40 yd. dash, Pro Shuttle 3 Cone, 60 Yard, NBA Pro Agility etc.) AND upcoming Season performances.   Coach Erick incorporates this knowledge with his background in Sports & Exercise Medicine and other Sports Performance Certifications with over 12 years of experience for programming that is tailored specifically to each athlete.

COST RANGES FROM $150-$450/month (from $7.50 to $20/session).

Training Week Sample:

Day 1: Acceleration & First Step Speed

Day 2: Lateral Shuffle Emphasis

Day 3: Forward Multidirectional Emphasis

Day 4: Backward Multidirectional Emphasis

Day 5: Max Velocity & Vertical Jump

It is HIGHLY recommended that athletes participate in the Strength & Power training to complement the Speed & Agility training to best prepare athletes for the upcoming competitive seasons.
