TRAINING IN THE KENOSHA, RACINE, & LAKE COUNTY AREAS FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO BE ELITE!
ELITE TRAINING FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO BECOME THE BEST! Everyone will be progressed differently according to ability & evaluations are required to participate (this is covered by the sign-up fee)!
Evaluations include FORCE PLATE ANALYTICS to determine bilateral power output, bilateral power asymmetries, unilateral power asymmetries, reactive strength, and bilateral/unilateral rate of force development, and vertical jump height (a $500 value!)
Evaluations also include Sport Specific LASER TIMED 10/40 yard dash, 3/4 court sprint & 5-10-5 sprints and more! (a $200 value!)
This subscription allows flexibility to choose the number of hours of training per week. You can choose to attend any of the Speed or Strength Sessions each week.
Coach Erick Vigansky will lead all Speed & Strength sessions!
Athletes will be held accountable to do training on their own between sessions (or there are consequences!). Athletes will learn the life skills of hard work, discipline, respect, & accountability.
As a result of the work they put in, their abilities & confidence grow immensely (PRICELESS!).
The hours you register for will not carry over to the following month!
This Elite Training is open to Athletes in All Sports from Middle School through Div. 1 College that want to take their speed, change of direction, and vertical jump to the next level. All athletes are progressed according to their abilities to ensure their health, safety, & performance.
With over 14+ years of experience with the Youth through Elite levels, Coach Erick recently completed a Sports Performance Mentorship in Miami, FL where he had the opportunity to experience training for NBA, MLB, NFL, MLS, Olympic Track & Field & All-American NCAA athletes. In addition, Coach Erick has recently finished 2 Advanced Level International Sports Performance courses in Ireland and Brazil this past year that are cutting edge in Sports Performance!
Coach Erick incorporates this knowledge with his background in Sports & Exercise Medicine and other Sports Performance Certifications with over 12 years of experience for programming that is tailored specifically to each athlete.
COST:
- BRONZE SUBSCRIPTION: $150/month for 1-6 hrs/month ($25/1 hour session)
- SILVER SUBSCRIPTION: $270/month for 7-12 hrs/month ($22.5/1 hour session)
- GOLD SUBSCRIPTION: $360/month for 13-18 hrs/month ($20/1 hour session)

Day 1:
Hour 1: Linear Acceleration, 2 Foot Jumping, Reactive Speed & Plyometrics
Hour 2: Linear Lower Body Movement Strength & Power
Day 2:
Hour 1: Lateral Shuffle Emphasis, Change of Direction
Hour 2: Upper Body Strength & Power
Day 3:
Hour 1: Backwards Multi-directional & Plyometrics
Hour 2: Lateral Lower Body Strength & Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization

- Custom weight lifting, speed & agility, & skill progressions based on ability
