THESE SESSIONS ARE NOT FOR EVERYONE!  ATHLETES ARE REQUIRED TO PUT IN HIGH LEVELS OF EFFORT & FOCUS DURING TRAINING AND BETWEEN TRAINING SESSIONS!


These sessions are for athletes that need to get stronger and/or faster to perform at high levels.  These sessions are designed for HS, College, or Professional athletes that need to perform at a combine or prep for the the following season to earn scholarships or professional contracts.  Assessments and progressions are elite.

This Elite Sports Performance Training Subscription includes:

  • Elite 1 hour training sessions
  • Sports Performance Assessments & Goal Setting
  • Detailed, progressive skill development tailored to each athlete’s needs

Participation requirements:

  • Ages 10 & up.
  • A  desire to improve and compete at high levels
  • Willing to put in work outside of training sessions

IF YOU ARE COMMITTED TO IMPROVING YOUR ATHLETIC ABILITIES, THIS OPTION WILL HELP YOU DEVELOP AND HOLD YOU ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE HABITS & EFFORT LEVELS THAT ARE REQUIRED TO ACCOMPLISH YOUR GOALS!  GREATNESS CANNOT BE ACHIEVED WITHOUT THIS FOUNDATION!


Sessions can be done Online or In Person.  Internet connection & video conferencing abilities are required for Online Training.  Credits are flexible to be use for 1 on 1 or small group sessions.  Online sessions will not include Force Plate or Laser Timing Assessments.

Description
