Northside Chicago (Lincoln Square) ONLY! Dates, Times, & Location:

  • Dates: Tues, Thurs
    • Month 1: June 8, 13, 15, 20, 22, July 6 (6 days, up to 18 1-hour sessions)
      • NO TRAINING June 23 – July 5!
    • Month 2: July 11, 13, 18, 20, 25, 27 (6 days, up to 18 1-hour sessions)
    • Month 3: August 1, 3, 8, 10, 15, 17 (6 days, up to 18 1-hour sessions)
  • Times: 4-7p
    • Hour 1 (4-5p): Speed, Agility & Vertical Jump
    • Hour 2 (5-6p): Strength, Power & Plyometrics
    • Hour 3 (6-7p):  Basketball Skill
  • Location:
    • St. Philip Lutheran Church & School Gymnasium (2500 W Bryn Mawr)
  • Total Hours per Session: Choose 6, 12, or 18 hrs per month

    • BRONZE SUBSCRIPTION: $150/month for 1-6 hrs/month ($25 / 1 hour session)
    • SILVER SUBSCRIPTION: $270/month for 7-12 hrs/month ($22.5 /1 hour session)
    • GOLD SUBSCRIPTION: $360/month for 13-18 hrs/month ($20 / 1 hour session)

The hours you register for will not carry over to the following month!

SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING FOR ATHLETES IN THE NORTHERN CHICAGO & SURROUNDING SUBURBS WHO WANT TO BE ELITE!

ELITE TRAINING FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO BECOME THE BEST!  Everyone will be progressed differently according to ability & evaluations are required to participate (this is covered by the sign-up fee)!

Evaluations include FORCE PLATE ANALYTICS to determine bilateral power output, bilateral power asymmetries, unilateral power asymmetries, reactive strength, and bilateral/unilateral rate of force development, and vertical jump height.

Evaluations also include Sport Specific LASER TIMED 10 yard dash Speed Test,  & 5-10-5 Agility Test.

If you are a basketball player, we also evaluate & monitor your basketball skills so you understand your current abilities and where you need to be to make a team at the Middle School, High School, or Collegiate Level.

This subscription allows flexibility to choose the number of hours of training per week.  You can choose to attend any of the STRENGTH, SPEED, & SKILL sessions offered each week on Tuesdays & Thursdays.

Coach Erick Vigansky will lead all Strength, Speed, & Skill sessions.

Athletes will be held accountable to do training on their own between sessions (or there are consequences!).  Athletes will learn the life skills of hard work, discipline, respect, & accountability.

As a result of the work they put in, their abilities & confidence grow immensely (PRICELESS!).

This Elite Training is open to Athletes in All Sports from Middle School through Div. 1 College that want to take their speed, change of direction, and vertical jump to the next level.  All athletes are progressed according to their abilities to ensure their health, safety, & performance.

With over 14+ years of experience with the Youth through Elite levels, Coach Erick recently completed a Sports Performance Mentorship in Miami, FL where he had the opportunity to experience training for NBA, MLB, NFL, MLS, Olympic Track & Field & All-American NCAA athletes.

Coach Erick incorporates this knowledge with his background in Sports & Exercise Medicine and other Sports Performance Certifications with over 12 years of experience for programming that is tailored specifically to each athlete.

Hour 1: Multi-Sport Acceleration, 2 Foot Jumping, Reactive Speed  & Plyometrics (OPEN TO ALL ATHLETES!)

Hour 2: Multi-Sport Total Body Strength & Power (OPEN TO ALL ATHLETES!)

Hour 3: Basketball Skill Set Development (shooting & triple threat emphasis) & Conditioning (BASKETBALL PLAYERS ONLY!)

Day 2:

Hour 1:  Multi-Sport Lateral Shuffle Emphasis, Change of Direction, & Plyometrics (OPEN TO ALL ATHLETES!)

Hour 2: Multi-Sport Total Body Strength & Power (OPEN TO ALL ATHLETES!)

Hour 3: Basketball Skill Set Development (ballhandling & finishing emphasis) & Conditioning (BASKETBALL PLAYERS ONLY!)
