THIS IS NOT YOUR TYPICAL TRAINING! Everyone will be progressed differently according to ability & 1 on 1 evaluations are required to participate (this is covered by the sign-up fee)!
This subscription allows flexibility to choose the number of hours of training per week. You can choose to attend any of the STRENGTH, SPEED, & SKILL sessions offered each week on Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays. Coach Erick Vigansky will lead all Strength, Speed, & Skill sessions. The hours you register for will not carry over to the following week!
This Elite Training is open to Athletes in All Sports from Middle School through Div. 1 College that want to take their speed, change of direction, and vertical jump to the next level. All athletes are progressed according to their abilities to ensure their health, safety, & performance.
Coach Erick recently completed a Sports Performance Mentorship in Miami, FL where he had the opportunity to experience training for NBA, MLB, NFL, MLS, Olympic Track & Field & All-American NCAA athletes. Training was centered to improve Combine Performances for each sport (40 yd. dash, Pro Shuttle 3 Cone, 60 Yard, NBA Pro Agility etc.) AND upcoming Season performances. Coach Erick incorporates this knowledge with his background in Sports & Exercise Medicine and other Sports Performance Certifications with over 12 years of experience for programming that is tailored specifically to each athlete.
COST is $225/month for 2hrs/wk (8hrs/month), $275/month for 3hrs/wk (12 hours/month), $500/month for 6hrs/wk (24 hours/month) or $700/month for 9hrs/wk (36 hours/month).

Day 1:
Hour 1: Multi-Sport Lower Body Strength & Power Lift
Hour 2: Multi-Sport Acceleration & First Step Speed (Speed & Agility) paired with Leg Strength, Power, & Plyometrics (Strength & Power)
Hour 3: Basketball Skill Set Development (shooting emphasis) & Conditioning
Day 2:
Hour 1: Multi-Sport Upper Body Strength Training
Hour 2: Multi-Sport Lateral Shuffle Emphasis (Speed & Agility) paired with Upper Body Strength, Power & Plyometrics (Strength & Power)
Hour 3: Basketball Skill Set Development (finishing emphasis) & Conditioning
Day 3:
Hour 1: Multi-Sport Full Body Strength Training
Hour 2: Multi-Sport Forward Multidirectional Emphasis paired (Speed & Agility) with Total Body Leg Strength, Power, & Plyometrics (Strength & Power)
Hour 3: Basketball Skill Set Development (ballhandling/triple threat emphasis) & Conditioning
EACH ATHLETE RECEIVES THE FOLLOWING:
- 1-on-1 evaluations to determine baseline measures
- Custom weight lifting, speed & agility, & skill progressions based on ability
- Home training booklet for sport specific development
