Track & Field Semi-Private Technical Training
1-hr Training going through specific Track & Field Technique. Depending on goals, training may include breakdowns and progressions for: Block Starts, Acceleration, Hurdles, High Jump, Long Jump, Maximal Velocity and Shot Put. Training will begin with a video taped assessment followed by the application of appropriate progressions to take athletes to the next level.
Training can take place In-Person or Online via a Mobile Device.
